Terms for Using Our Referral Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to windkitchen.skin and the referral service offered by Windkitchen Floor Coating. Visiting the site or submitting a request means you agree to them. This document is a general template rather than legal advice.

Our Referral Role

Windkitchen Floor Coating connects homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We offer marketing and referrals. A local provider handles coating sales, floor preparation, coating application and concrete repairs. Windkitchen Floor Coating is not a party to any agreement you make with the provider.

Responsibility for Your Project

Providers in our network operate as separate businesses. Each provider is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. Windkitchen Floor Coating does not supervise or control providers or their work. A referral does not assure availability, timing or project results.

Before hiring a provider, review its credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate. Confirm the preparation steps, coating products, payment terms and any warranty directly with the provider.

Reading Site Information

Site content offers general information rather than professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any prices shown represent typical U.S. ranges that vary by project; they are not quotes. Discuss your floor's condition and project needs with a qualified provider and request a written quote.

Your Use of the Website

Supply accurate details and use the site within the law. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access areas without authorization.

Contact About Your Request

When you submit a request, Windkitchen Floor Coating and the referred provider may use your contact details to respond about that request, subject to applicable consent requirements. Review any contact consent language shown on the request form before submitting it. Email contact@windkitchen.skin with questions about contact preferences or to request that further contact stop.

Content and Design Rights

Windkitchen Floor Coating or its licensors own the site's content and design. Permission is required before copying or reusing them commercially.

Limits on Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Windkitchen Floor Coating is not liable for losses or damage arising from site use, a provider's products or services, or your agreement with a provider. The website is supplied "as is" without warranties. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may change. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued website use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
