Complaints and Requests for Review

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Windkitchen Floor Coating. If something has gone wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to submit a concern and how it is handled. It is a general template rather than legal advice.

Concerns We Can Receive

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience with a Windkitchen Floor Coating phone conversation or message
  • The use or protection of your personal information
  • Website details that appear inaccurate or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider connected through our service

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care are their own responsibility. For a complaint about floor coating work, write to the provider first and retain copies of your correspondence.

Please also share the concern with us. Reports help us assess conduct within the network, and repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Windkitchen Floor Coating cannot resolve contractual disputes, handle warranty claims, return fees charged by a provider or represent that business.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@windkitchen.skin with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number used or form submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's business name, if available
  • A brief description of the issue and the result you seek

How We Handle Your Message

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We examine the concern, which may involve contacting the provider, and explain our findings and intended action.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves the issue unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's licensing board may be another option when the provider is a licensed contractor.
