How Our Referrals and Payments Work

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure describes the role of Windkitchen Floor Coating and the payments it may receive. It is a general template rather than legal advice.

Our Part in Your Request

Windkitchen Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Floor preparation, coating, sealing and repairs are outside our services.

Your form submission or call through the website may go to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers near you.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Windkitchen Floor Coating for phone calls, form enquiries and other referrals. Payment amounts may reflect factors such as a call's duration or whether it was answered. Hiring a provider is not required for us to receive payment.

This compensation does not increase the provider's price. For agreed work, you pay the provider directly according to its pricing.

Separate Businesses and Responsibilities

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Windkitchen Floor Coating. Each is solely accountable for:

• Estimates, prices and contract terms
• Selected coating products and their warranties
• Workmanship and arrival schedules
• Licensing, insurance and certifications
• Its dealings with you

A referral carries no endorsement or promise of results. Payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses are participating in our network at that time.

Choosing Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a referred provider. Before deciding, ask questions, review credentials, request a written estimate and compare quotes from other providers.

Phone Records

Calls made through this website may be logged. Some may also be recorded for quality checks, verification and billing purposes.
